Thomas Long is a customer-focused professional with a strong background in hotel management and extensive experience delivering high-quality customer service. Having worked in a designated hotel environment in a management role, Thomas developed a solid foundation in client relations, operational coordination, and service excellence.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and kayaking. He also values quality time with my family and enjoys making meaningful memories together. These activities help maintain balance, recharge, and bring a positive, focused mindset to the role.
