Marinda Shell graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University in 2021. Striving for continued career growth, Marinda also holds a certificate from Executive Education courses through Yale School of Management.
Marinda began her career at Retire Right Wealth Management in 2024. She enjoys her role assisting Ron and Emily as she has always been a service oriented individual. She has stated that it is truly satisfying to work for an organization that shows such a high-level of care for each and every client.
Marinda spends much of her free time with her horses. She is an accomplished rider, competing at horse shows and also enjoying trail riding when she is not showing. She loves camping, the outdoors, and spending time with her dogs.
